Brewing COMPANY

crafting design & typography for craft brewing

Headquartered in Central Massachusetts, Tree House Brewing Company is one of America’s most beloved craft breweries. Companion coffee and distillery programs added ample canvases for expressive brand design—be it for product releases, merchandise, or marketing.

Designing for everything .

Just add water, hops, yeast, typography

It’s quite the challenge and opportunity to have the chance to help shape the visuals and typographic spirit of Tree House across its entire ecosystem—beyond beer releases to include Tree House Coffee Company, Tree House Distillery, merchandise, and community events like the Summer Stage concert series or Cars & Coffee gatherings.

Working alongside my indispensable design team colleagues—Jackie Saucier + Anne Clemons—we each brought different design strengths that, together, lead to a more powerful whole. Each project—whether packaging roasted beans, building out a limited-release beer series, or designing posters for live music—has required striking a balance between unity and individuality.

To achieve this, I leaned on impactful typography to establish a strong, consistent voice that could flex across products, spaces, and experiences while still leaving room for experimentation and surprise. Here you’ll find a compilation of some of the projects I had the opportunity to throw down for.
